Kait James x Third Drawer Down Magnets

Kait James is a Wadawurrung artist who often uses collage to subvert the loaded visual language of '70s souvenirs. She’s doing a doubleheader at this year’s RISING with her vibrant work being featured at The Blak Infinite in Fed Square and as part of the First Peoples Melbourne Art Trams exhibition.

This magnetic fridge art features Kait James' work ‘Language Has Been Murdered’ (2020), ‘Take Me To Your Weaver’ (2020), ‘Yas Queenie’ (2020) and ‘Everyday Is Like Survival’ (2020).
